Garlic Herb Cheesy Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the garlic and herbs until fragrant.
- Thinly slice the sweet and Russet potatoes.
- Toss the sliced potatoes with cream, salt, and the garlic-herb mixture.
- Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, add 1 cup of cheese and ¼ cup of broth.
- Add the remaining potatoes, cover with the remaining broth and cheese, then top with crushed chips.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 425°F.
