Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions.
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside, leaving about 2 teaspoons of fat in the pan.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the onion and cook for an additional 4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, and mustard, coating the beef with the sauce.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the beef mixture.
- Add the cheddar cheese and stir until everything is combined and the cheese is melted.
- Top with reserved bacon, pickles, and parsley before serving.
