deli turkey, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Lay out 4 slices of rye bread and spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice.
- Layer Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, more dressing, turkey, another slice of cheese, and dressing on top.
- Top with another slice of bread and press down gently.
- Brush the tops of two sandwiches with melted butter and place them butter-side down in a skillet.
- Place a heavy pot on top to press the sandwiches while cooking.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown, then remove the pot and brush with butter.
- Flip the sandwiches, replace the pot, and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the sandwiches to the oven to keep warm while cooking the remaining sandwiches.
