Instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until partially golden, about 4 minutes.
- Season turkey with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, then break it up and remove from heat.
- In the slow cooker, break up the tomatoes and add them along with the cooked turkey, beans, broth, onion flakes, and oregano.
- Cover and cook on low for 4½ to 6 hours, or on high for 2 hours and then low for 1 hour.
