Crunchy Nut-free Paleo Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the coconut, sunflower seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pulse until mixed but do not overmix.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, stirring gently every 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before mixing in the dried fruit.
