Chunky Paleo Granola

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- 2. Blend all nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor until finely chopped.
- 3. In a bowl, combine the blended mixture with chia seeds, coconut oil, vanilla, and honey, stirring until well mixed.
- 4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and press down to form a flat layer about ½ inch thick.
- 5. Bake for 22-26 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into clusters.
- 7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
