Instructions
- Combine rice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt in a large bowl.
- Add chicken, black beans, green onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle cheese over tortillas, then add the chicken and rice mixture down the center.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling and press lightly to flatten.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook wraps seam-side down until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with optional toppings like sour cream and salsa.
