Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until no longer pink, then drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine refried beans, green chiles, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt, then mix in the cooked beef and onions.
- For each wrap, sprinkle cheese over the tortilla and add filling in a wide strip down the center.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling, pressing lightly to flatten.
- Spray the seam side with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and place wraps seam-side down, cooking until golden brown and crisp.
- Flip the wraps and cook the other side until crispy and the filling is hot.
