Beef and Cheese Crunch Wraps

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ and place a sheet pan inside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, draining any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine, adding water if necessary.
- Stir in the black beans until combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and place a handful of cheese in the center of each, about a 3-inch circle.
- Divide the beef and bean mixture among the tortillas, placing it on top of the cheese.
- Slice or dice the avocados and add them on top of the beef mixture, then top with more cheese.
- Wrap each tortilla by folding the sides into the center and placing seam-side down.
- Drizzle oil on each wrap and massage it in gently.
- Remove the hot sheet pan from the oven and place the wraps seam-side down on it.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cut in half if desired and add toppings before serving, or serve as is.
