queso dip or salsa con queso, warmed

Baked Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips

shredded lettuce

fat free plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add taco seasoning and cook for a couple more minutes.
- Place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate, add 2 tablespoons of queso dip in the center, and microwave for 15-30 seconds.
- Spread around ¼ cup of seasoned beef over the queso and add broken tortilla chips on top.
- Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and yogurt in any order on top of the chips.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla up around the filling, leaving a small gap in the center.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Place the wrap folded side up in the skillet and mist the top.
- Cook until the bottom is browned, then flip and cook the other side until browned.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.
