Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 12 ounces jarred artichoke antipasto
  • 1 whole lemon (sliced)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Seal the cover and press the 'Poultry' button, setting the timer for 22 minutes.
  4. Once finished, release the steam and remove the cover.
  5. Take out the chicken breasts and place them in a large container.
  6. Shred the chicken with a fork and spoon extra sauce from the pot over it if desired.
