Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Seal the cover and press the 'Poultry' button, setting the timer for 22 minutes.
- Once finished, release the steam and remove the cover.
- Take out the chicken breasts and place them in a large container.
- Shred the chicken with a fork and spoon extra sauce from the pot over it if desired.
