Instructions
- 1. Gather and prepare all ingredients by chopping the bell pepper and onion, and mincing the garlic.
- 2. In a medium frying pan, cook the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces until it is nearly cooked through, about 7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
- 4. Add the tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and broth to the pan, stirring to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
