Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat and add oil, onions, and peppers; sauté until onions soften.
- Add the ground beef and garlic, breaking up the meat and cooking until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Stir in tomato paste, water, mustard, vinegar, fish sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and cook until hot and the meat is fully cooked.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, then serve immediately over buns or baked sweet potatoes.
