Sweet & Spicy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Instructions
- Line the crockpot with a plastic liner if desired.
- In a bowl, whisk together the apple cider, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, and Medjool date paste.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot, add chopped onions, and place the pork tenderloin on top.
- Pour the BBQ sauce and chopped apples over the pork.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours, shredding the pork after 4 hours.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker for an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Serve the pulled pork on whole wheat buns, in lettuce wraps, or by itself.
