Slow Cooker Apple Cider Pulled Pork

Instructions
- Place half of the sliced onion in the slow cooker.
- Set the pork on top of the onions and cover with the remaining onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
- Pour the mixture over the pork and onions in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix it back into the juices before serving.
