Luxurious Dairy-Free Hot Cocoa

Instructions
- Soak cashews and pitted date in water for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, then drain and rinse.
- Blend soaked cashews and date with water, sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a pot and add dark chocolate, heating until melted and hot.
- Serve with shaved chocolate on top and enjoy. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat as needed.
