Instructions
- Puree cashews and room temperature water in a blender until smooth.
- Blend in cocoa powder, agave nectar (or honey), stevia, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two mugs.
- Top off each mug with ½ cup of boiling water.
- Serve hot.
