Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup water (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
  • 20 drops stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Puree cashews and room temperature water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Blend in cocoa powder, agave nectar (or honey), stevia, and vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between two mugs.
  4. Top off each mug with ½ cup of boiling water.
  5. Serve hot.
