Chocolate Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa

The cocoa mixture

cocoa powder, sifted

all natural peanut butter

kosher salt

maple syrup (or agave)
Garnishes

marshmallows (vegan)

Turbinado sugar

cacao nibs or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Sift the cocoa powder to avoid clumps.
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and whisk thoroughly.
- Bring the mixture to a low boil, then simmer on low heat while whisking for several minutes.
- Pour into mugs rimmed with agave and Turbinado sugar.
- Top with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and/or cacao nibs before serving.
