Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, water, cacao powder, and agave in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Mix in stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, chili powder, cayenne, and salt.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan until warm.
- Optionally top with whipped cream, reblend, and serve.
