Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Continue simmering until the cacao butter is melted.
- Blend in small batches using a Vitamix.
- Serve the frothy whipped White Hot Chocolate in mugs.
