Instructions
- Blend the coconut milk, water, cacao powder, and agave in a Vitamix until smooth.
- Add the stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, chili powder, cayenne, and salt, and blend again.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan until warm.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream before serving.
