Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then cut them in half or quarters.
- Add the halved potatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot and stir gently.
- Place the butter on top, lock the lid, and set the timer to 7 minutes on high pressure.
- Once cooking is complete, use the quick release to release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir the potatoes and transfer them to a serving dish. Serve hot.
