Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them in half.
- Add the potatoes to the Instant Pot along with the water or broth.
- Lock the lid and set the pressure cooking time to 8 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Mash the potatoes using a masher or mixer.
- Stir in the ghee or butter until combined.
- Add the almond milk and mix well.
- Serve hot, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
