Instant Pot Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Place the peeled, halved potatoes in the Instant Pot and add enough water to cover them.
- Secure the Instant Pot lid and select the Manual/Pressure Cook setting to cook for 10 minutes.
- Use the quick release button and check if the potatoes are tender enough to pierce with a fork.
- Drain the water from the pot and mash the potatoes using a potato masher or electric mixer.
- Add the vegan butter and enough plant-based milk to achieve your desired texture, then season with salt and pepper.
