Instructions
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
- Add the sweet potatoes to the Instant Pot with salt, thyme, cinnamon, and water.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Use quick release to release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir in maple syrup and your choice of fat until well combined.
- Mash the sweet potatoes and serve hot.
