Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Add the sweet potatoes and water to the Instant Pot or place them in a steamer basket inside the pot.
- Lock the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Perform a quick pressure release and drain the water from the pot.
- Add butter to the hot pot and let it melt, then add the cooked sweet potatoes and milk.
- Mash until smooth, then stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with pecans and extra brown sugar and cinnamon.
