Instructions
- Combine sweet potatoes, minced garlic, salt, and coconut milk in the Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release the pressure immediately once cooking is complete.
- Stir in cayenne pepper and lime juice.
- Mash the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or potato masher.
- Mix in cilantro and serve.
