Instant Pot Potatoes with Herb Butter

Instructions
- 1. Turn on the Sauté setting of the pot and add the butter slices until melted.
- 2. Add basil, rosemary, onion powder, pepper, salt, and garlic, stirring for about 20 seconds.
- 3. Toss the potatoes in the butter until coated.
- 4. Pour in the water or broth and cancel the sauté setting.
- 5. Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
- 6. Press Pressure Cook/Manual and set the timer for 7 minutes.
- 7. After cooking, turn the steam release knob to Venting for a Quick Release.
- 8. Open the lid and gently stir the potatoes.
- 9. For crispier potatoes, broil them on a baking sheet for a few minutes, turning once.
- 10. Garnish with parmesan, parsley, and reserved buttery sauce.
