Instructions
- Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
- Prick holes in each potato with a fork.
- Arrange the potatoes on top of the trivet.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set the knob to sealed.
- Select Manual, set to High pressure, and cook for 14 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for about 6 minutes.
- Carefully remove the lid and transfer the potatoes to a plate.
- Slice the potatoes open, fluff the insides, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add any desired toppings.
