Instructions
- Pour water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and place a trivet or steam basket over it.
- Poke the potatoes with a fork to vent and place them on the trivet.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Use the Manual or Pressure Cook button to cook at high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Release any remaining pressure and open the lid when safe.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then slice them in half and serve with toppings.
