Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 2 pieces potatoes, scrubbed

The water

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and place a trivet or steam basket over it.
  2. Poke the potatoes with a fork to vent and place them on the trivet.
  3. Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
  4. Use the Manual or Pressure Cook button to cook at high pressure for 30 minutes.
  5. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes after cooking.
  6. Release any remaining pressure and open the lid when safe.
  7. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then slice them in half and serve with toppings.
