Instructions
- Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the water and add the scrubbed potatoes on top.
- Lock the lid and set the cooking time to 20 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
- Use tongs to carefully remove the potatoes and serve warm.
