The potatoes

  • 4–8 large Russet potatoes

The cooking liquid

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour in the water and add the scrubbed potatoes on top.
  3. Lock the lid and set the cooking time to 20 minutes at high pressure.
  4. After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
  5. Use tongs to carefully remove the potatoes and serve warm.
