Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
- Add quinoa and flax seeds, tossing to coat.
- Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1½ to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease two loaf pans with softened butter.
- Deflate the dough and divide it into two equal halves, transferring to the prepared pans.
- Let the dough rise for an additional 20 to 30 minutes until it crowns the rim of the pans.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden, then cool before slicing.
