No-Knead Oatmeal Toasting Bread

Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, salt, and oats in a large mixing bowl, then add boiling water and butter; let cool to lukewarm.
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it stand for about 5 minutes, then add to the oat mixture.
- Gradually mix in the flours until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours.
- Grease two loaf pans and punch down the dough, dividing it into two portions for the pans.
- Let the dough rise again until it reaches the rim of the pans.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake the loaves for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
- Cool the loaves on wire racks after baking.
