No-Knead Honey Oat Bread

Instructions
- Whisk together the bread flour, oats, yeast, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the water, honey, and oil, then pour it into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- After the first rise, fold in the remaining bread flour, then shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- Cover loosely and let it rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes, tenting with foil after 30 minutes if it browns too quickly.
- Cool the bread in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
