No-Knead Bread

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 18-24 hours at room temperature.
- After the dough has risen, turn it out onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
- Let the loaf rest for about 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
- Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
