Instructions
- Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add the warm water, maple syrup, and oil.
- Stir until the dough is shaggy and mixed together.
- Grease the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap or a towel, letting it rise for 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat the Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F for 30-40 minutes before baking.
- Flour a surface and pour the risen dough onto it, folding it over itself a few times.
- Shape the dough into a circle and place it on parchment paper.
- Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven and cover it.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
