No-Knead Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center.
- In a medium bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and salt, then whisk to combine.
- Pour the water-yeast mixture into the well of the flour.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Form the dough into a round and place it in a lightly oiled bowl, dusting the top with flour.
- Cover with plastic wrap and a cloth, and let it rise at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a floured counter.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it on parchment paper.
- Dust with flour and cover with a cloth.
- Once the oven is ready, place the Dutch oven inside for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
