No-Knead Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add the water and mix until you have a shaggy, sticky dough.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 18 hours at room temperature.
- Once the dough is ready, place it on a floured surface and fold it over itself a few times.
- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it seam side down on a floured kitchen towel.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a heavy covered pot inside.
- When the dough is ready, carefully remove the pot from the oven and turn the dough into it, seam side up.
- Cover the pot and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes until browned.
- Allow the bread to cool for one hour on a wire rack.
