Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix the Greek yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Coat a cast iron skillet with olive oil and heat over medium.
- Place the dough in the skillet and spread it out, forming a crust.
- Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Spread barbecue sauce on the dough, add cheese, chicken, and more cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
