Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 Cup Greek non-fat yogurt
  • 2 Cups Self rising flour

The toppings

  • 2 Cups Chicken Breast, Cubed
  • ½ Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Cups part skim mozzarella cheese
  • to taste N/A diced jalapeno and onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  4. Coat a cast iron skillet with olive oil and heat over medium.
  5. Place the dough in the skillet and spread it out, forming a crust.
  6. Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Spread barbecue sauce on the dough, add cheese, chicken, and more cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
