Instructions
- Spread pastry flour on the countertop and shape the fresh dough into a circle, rolling it to a diameter of 13 inches.
- Mix ground chicken and Italian seasoning in a bowl, then cook the mixture in a pan until partially cooked.
- Lightly oil a cast iron skillet, add the rolled dough, and fold the excess dough inside the skillet's edge.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then add half of the cubed Monterey cheese and half of the cooked chicken.
- Layer the remaining Monterey cheese, more chicken, shredded mozzarella, black olives, and parsley flakes on top.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for 18 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
