For the Peanut Butter

Instructions
- Process peanuts in a food processor until they turn into a meal.
- Add medjool dates, peanut butter, and honey to the processor and mix until a dough forms.
- If the dough is dry, add water in small increments.
- Scoop out a heaping teaspoon of the dough and roll into balls, yielding about 24 balls.
- For the jelly side, process nuts in the food processor until they turn into a meal.
- Add medjool dates, dried blueberries, and salt, and process until a dough forms.
- If the jelly dough is dry, add water in small increments.
- Scoop out a heaping teaspoon of the jelly dough and roll into balls.
- Combine a peanut butter ball and a jelly ball, pressing them together and rolling to create a swirl.
