Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter

  • 10 pieces medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ¼ cup creamy, all-natural peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the Jelly

  • 10 pieces medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup unsweetened dried blueberries
  • 1 cup raw almonds or cashews
  • ¼ teaspoon water
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Process peanuts in a food processor until they turn into a meal.
  2. Add medjool dates, peanut butter, and honey to the processor and mix until a dough forms.
  3. If the dough is dry, add water in small increments.
  4. Scoop out a heaping teaspoon of the dough and roll into balls, yielding about 24 balls.
  5. For the jelly side, process nuts in the food processor until they turn into a meal.
  6. Add medjool dates, dried blueberries, and salt, and process until a dough forms.
  7. If the jelly dough is dry, add water in small increments.
  8. Scoop out a heaping teaspoon of the jelly dough and roll into balls.
  9. Combine a peanut butter ball and a jelly ball, pressing them together and rolling to create a swirl.
