Instructions
- Process rolled oats in a high-speed food processor until they form oat flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a dough forms, resembling cookie dough.
- Scoop out the dough using a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
- Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
