Ingredients

The mixture

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt

Optional topping

  • to taste melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Process rolled oats in a high-speed food processor until they form oat flour.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a dough forms, resembling cookie dough.
  3. Scoop out the dough using a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
