Instructions
- Preheat the Big Green Egg to 600 degrees.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, bourbon smoked sea salt, and ground bourbon smoked pepper.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the steak for 2 minutes on each side.
- Close the daisy wheel and bottom vent to roast the steak for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the grill and tent it under foil for 10 minutes to rest.
