Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a bowl and slice the other lemon into thin rounds.
- Rinse and pat dry the mahi-mahi fillets, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the mahi-mahi fillets, cooking for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add lemon juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt, stirring until aromatic.
- Add lemon slices and butter to the skillet, stirring until the butter melts.
- Return the mahi-mahi fillets to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over them.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
