Instructions
- Pat dry the Mahi Mahi fillets with a paper towel and rub oil on both sides.
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

- Cook the Mahi Mahi on the grill for 2-3 minutes until the sides become opaque.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 3 minutes until they flake easily.
- Remove the fish from the grill, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
