Ingredients

The fish

  • 6 fillets Mahi Mahi

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the Mahi Mahi fillets with a paper towel and rub oil on both sides.
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  4. Cook the Mahi Mahi on the grill for 2-3 minutes until the sides become opaque.
  5. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3 minutes until they flake easily.
  6. Remove the fish from the grill, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
