Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill for medium direct heat.
- 2. Slice the citrus into ¼ inch thick slices.
- 3. Place one pat of butter on each filet, about ½ tbsp each.
- 4. Generously apply the BBQ rub on each filet, about 1-2 teaspoons each.
- 5. Use tongs to layer the citrus slices on the grill as a platform for the fish.
- 6. Place the mahi mahi on the citrus and grill until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- 7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
