Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Crab

Instructions
- Prepare the mahi-mahi fillets by rubbing them with olive oil and seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
- Allow the fillets to warm slightly before grilling.
- Place the fillets on a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them to get good grill marks.
- Gently turn the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes until firm to the touch.
- While the mahi-mahi is cooking, heat olive oil in a sauté pan and add the diced garlic and halved grape tomatoes.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add the crab meat to the pan and gently toss it with the mixture, then remove from heat.
- Once the mahi-mahi is done, top it with the sautéed crab meat and serve immediately.
