Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos

Instructions
- Season the Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
- Mix olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Preheat the grill until very hot.
- Brush one side of the Mahi fillet with olive oil and place on the grill.
- Brush the other side with olive oil before turning and grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Flake the cooked fish with a fork into nice-sized pieces.
- Prepare the cabbage slaw by slicing the red cabbage, adding diced tomato and cilantro, and seasoning with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Heat the tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos with fish, slaw, Crema Mexicana, and Mexican crumbling cheese.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, a lime wedge, and avocado slices.
