Instructions
- Combine all seasoning mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and season them with the mix.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the fish and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the fish and cook until opaque and cooked through, another 2-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges.
