Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Prepare the brussels sprouts by slicing off the ends and cutting them in halves or thirds.
- 3. Spread the brussels sprouts on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 20-25 minutes until browned.
- 4. While the sprouts are roasting, combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 5. In a large bowl, mix the roasted brussels sprouts with golden raisins and walnuts, then drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
